The application platform service is an extension to our server monitoring and management service. We will also take care of the application platform (IIS), database (SQL) or tailored business system (e.g. ERP or BI) subject to the service, as well as providing event, incident and problem management and implementing changes.

Lean and effective implementation

The implementation of the application platform service always requires an agreement and cooperation with the customer and the current service provider and/or application provider. In connection with the implementation project, we will draw up a responsibility assignment chart that clearly describes the responsibilities of the service provider, the customer, and any third parties.

Support services always at hand

The products and services provided through the application platform service are automatically covered by our user support. If necessary, we will forward support requests to a third party, such as Microsoft, Oracle or the application provider, to resolve the issue. We always report support events and their solutions comprehensively to the customer. We also offer an advanced call-back service: the user can choose a time for our expert to contact them.
