Tietokeskus Yrityspalvelut Oy (Business ID 3008816-2) has legally merged with Tietokeskus Finland Oy as of 1 April 2024. Following the merger, the Tietokeskus Yrityspalvelut Business ID will be discontinued, and all operations will continue under Tietokeskus Finland Oy’s Business ID (0204687-0).
The merger finalises the acquisition of MPY Yrityspalvelut Oyj completed in June 2023. This integration supports Tietokeskus’ growth strategy and further strengthens our position as the fastest-growing provider of ICT services for SMEs. As a result of the merger, we are now the largest domestic provider specialising in ICT services for small and medium-sized enterprises.
The legal merger does not require any action from our customers. We will continue delivering services as usual, and all existing agreements and obligations remain unchanged. Further information regarding the legal merger is available in the customer QA document.
