Our story with Marimekko began in 2008 taking responsibility for IT services and the development of the IT environment. It has evolved into a comprehensive and global partnership that covers over 400 workstations, 70 servers and 60 WLAN base stations at the Tietokeskus Data Centers and Marimekko’s head office and stores, from the east coast of Australia to the west coast of the United States.
The partnership also includes end-user services (both end-user and on-site support), server and cloud services (capacity, monitoring, management, maintenance, Office 365 , cloud consulting) and network services (WLAN, firewalls for remote locations, firewalls in Data Centers). All services are proactively developed with the customer.
A customer-specific team is comprised of a technical specialist, a project manager, and a service manager. They are supported by the nationwide specialist organization of Tietokeskus if necessary.
