Microsoft Power Platform
We help our clients automate processes and develop data-driven decision-making using Power Platform tools to achieve cost savings, reduce errors, and enhance productivity, without compromising on security.
No-code and low-code development tools have significantly boosted productivity. Take advantage of the latest technologies for knowledge work and elevate your organisation’s efficiency using your existing licences.
Why choose Tietokeskus for Power Platform services?
With Tietokeskus’ experienced consultants, you gain a clear understanding of the benefits of Power Platform tools tailored to your business needs.
Our approach is based on the Learn by Doing model, where key personnel participate not only in the planning but also in the actual creation. This ensures your organisation learns both the solution being built and the capabilities of Power Platform products. Over time, clients may be able to develop similar applications or workflows largely independently, making further development and maintenance more cost-effective.
Implementing a Power Platform Governance model is crucial for both security and application lifecycle management. Since Power Platform leans more towards app development than IT infrastructure, long-standing IT professionals may lack the required expertise.
Tietokeskus consultants assist in establishing and, if needed, maintaining the right Governance model. It is vital that Power Platform development starts correctly: cost-efficiently and without compromising security.

Process automation with Power Platform
Does your organisation have a clear need to automate a business process? We assist with automation using Power Platform products.
Automation with Power Platform allows processes to be implemented quickly according to the client’s specifications, with low maintenance costs for the applications.
What we offer:
- Defining the process according to requirements and implementing it
- A cost-effective solution with low maintenance costs
- An agile model that can be easily extended for future development ideas

Copilot Studio & Agents – build your own Copilots
During 2025, many organisations will build agents tailored to their specific needs using Copilot Studio, which is also part of the Power Platform family. These AI-powered agents can be used to create intelligent assistants – Copilots – that draw information exclusively from selected organisational files, allowing either all or a limited group of employees to query them using natural language. This technology transforms information retrieval in a fast-paced work environment.
What we offer:
- Improve employees’ daily work by enabling faster access to information
- Learn how to use Copilot Studio to create your own AI assistants
- Develop the first agents to assist employees with specific tasks

Power BI workshop
This workshop is tailored to your organisation’s reporting needs, with content prioritised according to these requirements. It covers key Power BI features such as: importing and transforming data, data modelling, visualisations, and report publishing. Workshop content is customised for each client, taking into account their specific needs and current situation.
What we offer:
- A simple, practical approach to Power BI
- Understanding of Power BI capabilities in data analysis, visualisation, sharing, and data collection via Power Platform
- A roadmap for advancing Power BI reporting in the future
The Power BI workshop lasts one day. It is designed for organisations taking their first steps in Power BI reporting and where no individual reporting development needs have yet been identified. If specific reporting requirements arise after the workshop, our Power BI reporting consulting service is an ideal follow-up.

Utilising Power BI reporting
Does your organisation have a specific need to develop a certain type of reporting? In this service, a Tietokeskus consultant works together with the client to define the reporting requirements, including the necessary data sources and components. After the requirements are defined, the required data model is implemented, which forms the basis for the specified reporting needs. This improves knowledge-based management within the client organisation, as employees no longer need to repeatedly create identical Excel sheets.
What we offer:
- Utilising Power BI according to the organisation’s requirements
- Defining the necessary data connections, planning, and implementing any additional data collection needs
- Implementing reporting through practical, hands-on work alongside a Tietokeskus consultant
Our workshops follow the Learn by Doing model, where reporting is developed collaboratively with a Tietokeskus consultant and the client. This method significantly accelerates reporting implementation, allows agile adjustments, and delivers cost savings to the client. At the same time, the client’s understanding of the built environment increases, making future development easier if needed.

Modernising knowledge-based management with Fabric
Modern knowledge-based management requires solutions that seamlessly integrate different data sources and enable effective analysis for everyone working with data and information. Microsoft Fabric provides a modern data platform that unifies data management, analytics, and AI functions in one place. Fabric allows data from various sources and systems to be collected into one location, from which datasets suitable for different purposes can be built for the organisation’s users – for example, for Power BI reporting.
What we offer:
- Define the organisation’s data needs and objectives for knowledge-based management
- Explore the Fabric environment and plan how data sources can be integrated
- Introduce the basics of data processing and analysis in Fabric
The workshop provides the organisation with insight into the possibilities of a unified platform for data integration, management, and analysis. Participants learn the benefits of an intuitive interface and connecting data sources, as well as the applicability of a capacity-based pricing model for their organisation’s needs.

Deploying Copilot in
Power BI
Deploying Copilot in Power BI gives organisations the ability to use a generative AI tool that assists in data analysis, report creation, and visualisation. Copilot in Power BI accelerates reporting, improves decision-making, and reduces manual work, allowing smoother analytics and focus on strategic tasks.
What we offer:
- We explore the benefits of Copilot in Power BI
- We advise the client on costs and how to optimise them
- We set up and configure the environment in Fabric, create necessary connections, and ensure best practices for capacity management, data protection, and prompt optimisation for successful deployment and maintenance

AI development with Azure AI Foundry
Azure AI Foundry provides the tools and services for implementing, developing, and managing AI solutions. We explore the platform’s capabilities, such as customised language models and agent systems, which strengthen an organisation’s use of AI in business operations and knowledge-based management.
Azure AI Foundry supports all AI models independently of the provider and offers tools for development, fine-tuning, and management. It scales flexibly from prototypes to production, integrates with popular development tools, and enables the deployment of AI agents as microservices.
What we offer:
- Implementation of Azure AI Foundry begins with environment setup and model selection.
- Next, we develop a prototype in which the application and data sources are defined and tested.
- Finally, we deploy the solution into production as agreed, using a management centre.

Power Platform governance audit
Most organisations have adopted Power Platform “incorrectly,” meaning they have not created any governance model for its use nor built different environments for different purposes. Tietokeskus’ Power Platform governance audit maps how the client’s Power Platform environment has been implemented, what environments exist, and which applications and workflows have been developed. After the consultant completes the audit, they produce a description of the environment and a remediation plan based on the findings.
What we offer:
- Information on how your organisation’s Power Platform environment has been implemented
- A report of findings by an external auditor, benchmarked against best practices and Microsoft recommendations
- A remediation plan and guidelines for correct and secure use
If, after receiving the audit report, the client wishes to implement a Power Platform governance model, a Tietokeskus consultant can create a plan together with the client outlining how Power Platform products should be used in the organisation moving forward. The actual implementation of the governance model, or corrections to an existing model, are covered under the consulting service Power Platform governance model.
Power Platform Governance Audit
Power Platform governance model
Most organisations have adopted Power Platform “incorrectly,” meaning they have not created any governance model for its use nor built different environments for different purposes. The longer a Power Platform environment is used without control, the more likely it is that applications will fail or security issues will arise in the organisation. Moreover, without a clear action plan for problem resolution and remediation, significant extra effort is required.
What we offer:
- We ensure that the client’s organisation uses Power Platform products correctly and sustainably
- We collaborate with the client to create rules for secure and easily managed low-code/no-code development in their environment
- We deliver a correctly structured Power Platform environment and governance model, so that future environment maintenance is easier and more secure
As part of the governance model, the client’s Power Platform settings are corrected and a proper governance model is built based on audit findings. If no audit has been performed, we familiarise ourselves with the client’s environment before creating the governance model and remediation plan.
