Jari Niska has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board at Tietokeskus. Niska is a seasoned business executive and current board professional with a distinguished career in the IT sector. He has previously served as CEO of software company Solita Oy, among other roles. Niska is a recognised influencer in the IT industry; in 2021 he was named CEO of the Year and has repeatedly been listed among Tivi magazine’s 100 most influential figures in IT.

Vaaka Partners continues to support Tietokeskus’ growth
Tietokeskus’ principal owner, Vaaka Partners, has completed an arrangement whereby its latest fund becomes the company’s majority shareholder. At the same time, eQ, one of Finland’s leading investment managers in private equity funds, joins as a new investor.
