
The comprehensive service includes the procurement of end-user devices, peripherals, related lifecycle services, and expert services supporting the lifecycle solution. In addition, the agreement covers the deployment of the entire service package.
The maximum value of the procurement, excluding VAT, over the six-year contract period is EUR 100,000,000.
DigiHelsinki Oy, owned by the City of Helsinki, is responsible for providing the city with its core digital services.
The decision is legally valid following the expiry of the appeal period in accordance with the Finnish Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts.
