Responsible business also means offering responsible services. We have a major responsibility for the services we provide to our customers – they must be delivered ethically, and the handling of customer data must always be secure.

We strictly follow all information security guidelines and best practices when processing customer information. Customer and personal data are collected only on lawful grounds and used solely for legitimate purposes as permitted by law.

The customer satisfaction achieved through responsibly and carefully delivered services is in a class of its own. We measure CIO-level decision-maker satisfaction with our services every month, and in 2023, the average score on a 0–5 scale was 4.0.
