This workshop is practical and results-oriented. We explore what your IT could look like in your boldest vision. Together, we define ambitious goals for IT and determine how to achieve them over the next 6–12 months.

  • 4-hour workshop: We review how IT can best support your business, finances, IT management, and employees. Representatives from each relevant area should attend.
  • Consultants build a strategy: Based on the workshop, we create an IT strategy that considers your aspirations, jointly defined objectives, current state, and opportunities from the latest technologies.
  • Clear development path: You receive a defined roadmap for the coming months, showing what your IT should look like in the future and how to reach that point within 6–12 months. The plan is presented in a joint session.
  • Satisfaction guarantee: If the final outcome does not meet your expectations, you receive a full refund.
